Treble Pumping Services have engineers that can repair most pumps onsite with minimum disruption. However there are also times when it is better to remove the unit to allow a full assessment and testing. TPS has a fully equiped workshop to repair all manufacturers pumps.
Returned units can be stripped and evaluated to permit clients to evaluate a repair verses a replacement. Particularly with larger, older machines repair is the best option. A status report on the equipment can be provided to the client to show the areas that need repair and to detial the probable cause of the failure. Often these causes are built into the overall system and by modifying the position, set-up and pipework connected to a pump, future failures and repairs can be saved.
