G M Treble - The Company



    Established in 1966, the G.M.Treble Group of Companies started as the first specialist pump consultants, stockist and distributors in the Midlands. From the beginning we have specialised in pumping equipment for the building services, process and chemical industries covering a wide spectrum of pump manufacturers. Operating from a modern purpose built warehouse and workshop premises in Wolverhampton comprising some 21,000 sq.ft. and within easy reach of rail and motorway networks, the Company is ideally situated to service not only the Midlands but the whole of the UK.

    Under the personal direction of the owners, the Company employs 45 staff, has an annual turnover in excess of £6m and holds comprehensive stocks of pumps, pump spares, ancillary pumping equipment and fittings of some £1m. We have grown into the UK's largest independent pump distributor which has enabled us to be sensitive to the requirements of both the user and installer and to react quickly to changing demands and offer new and improved equipment and methods.

    System and selection advice is provided by experienced technical sales staff each specialising in a particular area of pumping technology ensuring that a wide range of pumping expertise is available to clients embracing all market sectors at home and overseas. The Company also specialises in the design/specification and construction of pressure booster sets and maintains a full range of sealed system equipment, spares and associated control gear.

    Our long and close association with Grundfos Pumps Limited has enabled us to design and build a range of packages which take advantage of the unrivalled Grundfos know-how in the design and production of multi-stage pumps, incorporating the latest in stainless steel fabrication technology.

    Our sets have been exported to many parts of the world and are used extensively in the UK by many industries including a number of Water Authorities. We also offer full product support with outside technical sales engineers and service engineers. This mobile service is backed up with a well equipped workshop having facilities for machining, shotblasting, spraying and testing to ensure a complete speedy in-house after sales service.
